What Is Usui Reiki?
“Rei” means universal and “Ki “describes our vital life force energy
For those people who are new to Reiki, it is an energy healing practice, which originated in Japan which works with your own body’s life force intelligence.
Benefits of Usui Reiki
On the physical level, Usui Reiki can bring relaxation to stressed muscles, decrease swelling, accelerate the healing time of wounds, and help diminish chronic pain brought on by injury or illness. On a mental and emotional level, anxiety is reduced, a sense of well-being is increased, and a level of deep relaxation can be felt. At this degree of deep relaxation, a rebalancing of energies can occur, and the natural healing ability of the body is awakened to help repair itself on a cellular level.
